moneth of September, 1652 this deponent agreed with the said then owner for the&lt;br /&gt;
said shipp her tar?kle and furniture, for the summe of fower Thousand eight&lt;br /&gt;
hundred gilder&amp;amp;#58; hollands money, and accordingly ye said Ebert Garrets Moutmaker&lt;br /&gt;
and Wynant Theemenson sold the said shipp her tar?kle and furniture to&lt;br /&gt;
this deponent for the use of the said ?produrense for the summe aforementoned,&lt;br /&gt;
Which summe, the said producents by bill of Exchange caused to be paid at&lt;br /&gt;
Amsterdam to the said Ebert Garret Moutmaker and Wynant Theemenson &lt;br /&gt;
by one Abraham Anglis their ye said producents ?ffarto&amp;amp;#58; or correspondent at Amsterdam, ?c&lt;br /&gt;
viz L &amp;amp;#58; 1500. gilder&amp;amp;#58; shortly after ye bargaine made, and 3300. gilder. at such time as&lt;br /&gt;
the said with her full tar?kle apparrell and furniture fitting for a voyage&lt;br /&gt;
to sea was delivered into the actuall possession of this deponent at Rotterdam&lt;br /&gt;
aforesaid, The premisses he deposeth being as aforesaid a Burger of Hamborough&lt;br /&gt;
and particularly employed by the producents in and about the premisses, And&lt;br /&gt;
otherwise saving his following Deponents hee saith hee cannot depose&amp;amp;#58;/&lt;br /&gt;
To the 4th and 5th ?arlate of the said Allegaton he saith and deposes. That&lt;br /&gt;
in or about the monethe of October or November 1652 this deponent by order of the said&lt;br /&gt;
producents took possession of the said shipp then by order of the producents called by the name of the St&lt;br /&gt;
Mary, at Rotterdam aforesaid, and at master thereof sailed with and brought&lt;br /&gt;
ye same into the River of the Elbe about a Dutch mile into Colon Hamborough, into&lt;br /&gt;
ye usual place where the Hamborough shipps sea wide, and there this deponent&lt;br /&gt;
delivered ye said shipp unto ye said ?produrense who made this deponent Master&lt;br /&gt;
thereof, And saith That ever since the buying of ye said shipp the St Mary&lt;br /&gt;
aforesaid, the said Lewis Du Bois and Abraham van Luffell were and are ye&lt;br /&gt;
true and lawfull Owners and proprietors of the said shipp her ?tarkle and&lt;br /&gt;

severall goods wands? andpurishandifor? . Severally mentioned as aforesayd&lt;br /&gt;
were laden aboard the sayd ship the 'young Boer' the sayd shipp did -&lt;br /&gt;
Set sail to with the sayme from Revell aforesayd towards Amstordam&lt;br /&gt;
and in the fourfie? afterwards? was wily? for loading taken? $? surprised&lt;br /&gt;
by some of the shipps of the comonwaalth? and gal? at the tyme?&lt;br /&gt;
of the takeing and surprizeing of the sayd shipp and her ladeing all&lt;br /&gt;
and singular the sayd wheat rye barley, flax and coalgar? were&lt;br /&gt;
on board her and came into the possession of them who surprized &lt;br /&gt;
the sayd shipp, all which he knoweth being present and aboard att the&lt;br /&gt;
sayd tyme of seizure and otherwise cannot depose.&lt;br /&gt;

To the sixth article of the sayd allon This deponent saith and deposeth -&lt;br /&gt;
that the arlate John Hawkes, Jacob Hoffener, Claes Stedding, Constans&lt;br /&gt;
Corfemaker, Derrick Hetling, Mathias Witt Thomas Eyks, Hans&lt;br /&gt;
Loer, and Claes Yut, were and are Swedes and every of then by common - -&lt;br /&gt;
repute was and is a Swede and the accompted, and saith that of his&lt;br /&gt;
certayne knowledge they and every of them in the sayd monethes of -&lt;br /&gt;
May and June and att the severall tyme and tymes of the severall&lt;br /&gt;
ladeing and putting of the sayd severall goods and merchandises&lt;br /&gt;
aboard and for two yeares before of this deponents knowledge&lt;br /&gt;
and for ten years and upwards before by common repute, and continually&lt;br /&gt;
since were and are Burghers and inhabitants of Revell in Swethland&lt;br /&gt;
and for all the sayd tyme were and are subjects of the Queene of &lt;br /&gt;
Swedland and so accounted, and every one of them was and is a subject&lt;br /&gt;
of the sayd Queene of Swedland and for and as such commonly accounted -&lt;br /&gt;
reputed and taken. the premises? he well and knoweth having  often traded&lt;br /&gt;
with his shipps att Revell and having made severall voyages with the &lt;br /&gt;
