His PhD was titled 'Divided by La Manche: Naval Enterprise and Maritime Revolution in England and France, 1545-1642'. His current research and publications look at the international influences that shaped the early modern English navy. Benjamin is co-ordinator of the Warwick programme.&lt;br /&gt;
