|Transcription=Confession of the truth of it <help>XXXX</help> of Clements or his <help>XXXX XXXX</help>
<help>XXXX XXXXX</help> they shall prove any thing materiall in <help>XXXXXX</help> he
<help>XXXXX XXXX</help> he should submitt such order as the Courte
should <help>XXXXXX</help> most agreeable to Justice, and that if the said
Clements would set downe in his paper the admission of his allegation
<help>what hee desires</help>, he would presently <help>XXXXX</help> to it what hee did confesse
and the said Suckley did further alleadge that the matter
was referred to mr Clements paper and hee had often
called to him for it and he had not brought it soe that it was
his owne fault but he is ready still to doe it and now his Clyents
being produced they will acknowledge presents of the fact soe that
there wilbe now need of a Comon Clements dissenting and desiring a Comon
and his cause to be continued untill the next Cort day and Justice etcetera but the
Judges at the action of Suckley did publish the depositions of the
witnesses and assigned this cause to sentence the next Cort day saving

admitted and repeated etcetera Cheeke not beleevinge the
same etcetera the Judges did decree for the partie
principall the third day after it etcetera and assigned
mith to prove the same the same the third
Session from hence etcetera Then Smith upon the said
libell produced John Blith and James Norris whom
the Judges receaved and administred an oath unto
them to bee examined before the next Cort day
