IN THE NAME OF GOD AMEN the twenty eighth day of Januray in the yeare of our Lord God one thousand six hundred sixty and eight and in the twentyeth yeare of our Soveraigne Lord Charles the second by the greace of God of England Scotland ffrance and IrelandKing Defender of the faith x:r I thomas Noell of Hamersmith in the parish of ffulham in the County of Middy gent, being in good health of body and of sound and perfect mind and memory praise be therefore given to Allmighty God but considering the ggrailty and uncertainty of this mortall life and that I am now intended by the blessing of God to make a voiage into Ireland and the danger of the saes, doe therefore make and declare this my last Will and Testament in manner and forme followinge That is to say

FIRST and principally I comend my Soule into the hands of Allmighty God my most mercifull ffather, assuredly trusting and believeing that through his mercy and the death and meritts of Jesus Christ my onely Lord and Saviour I shall have full and ffree remission and pardon of all my sinnes and after this life aided be made partaker of those everlasting joyes which are prepared for the Saints in the Kingdome of Heaven And my body I comitt to the Earth whereof it was framed to be decently buried,

And touching such goods Chattells moneys Debts and Estate whatsoeveras it hath pleased to blesse me with all I dispose thereof as followeth

FFIRST I give and bequeath to my loveing ffriend Charles Modyford of London and Merchant and Thomas Massam of London Cittizen and Scrivener each of them the summe of twenty pounds of good and lawfull money of England and all the rest residue and remainder of my goods Chattells moneys Debts and estate whatsoever I doe give and bequeath unto my loveing wife Martha Noell whome I doe hereby make ordaine and appoint sole Executrix of this my last Will and testament
