Roger Middleton (b.ca.1625; d.?). Merchant.

Resident in the parish of Saint Margaret Lothbury in 1655.

Born in Wrexham (alt. Wrexam) in Denbighshire in Wales.

Son of Roger Middleton (d.ca.1642-1643) of Wrexham in Denbighshire. Nephew of Richard Middleton, of Leadenhall Street (d.ca.1653), merchant.

His brother, Richard Middleton, was English consul at the Morea. As he lay dying in 1653, Richard Middleton made his brother Roger "his assigne and consull after his death".<ref>[[HCA 13/70 f.394r Annotate|HCA 13/70 f.394r]]</ref>

Thirty year old Roger Middleton deposed in the High Court of Admiralty on July 2nd 1655. He was examined on an allegation on behalf of Tayler and Company in the case of "John Tayler and Company against 15 Tonns of Currance brought to this Port of London from Morea in Turkey in the ''Castle ffriggott'', wherof John Wall was master, laden by William ffowke against the said John Hall and William ffowke and all others et cetera".<ref>[[HCA 13/70 f.390v Annotate|HCA 13/70 f.390v]]</ref>
