He was examined on an allegation on the behalf of Martyn Nokell and the rest of the owners of the ship the ''ffaith''. The case was that of "Martyn Nokele Michael Swellingraber and Company owners of the Shipp the ''ffaith'' of Stetteyn whereof Jacob HoXXX?ers is master against John Delabarr et cetera."<ref>[[HCA 13/68 f.91r Annotate|HCA 13/68 f.91r]]</ref>
