partes of the said shipp and did alsoe in the said specification
by error declare that one exiteenth part of the said shipp
whereof the said Thomas Middleton was owner was
bought by the said Edward Arlabeere since the
beginning of this suite whereas in truth the said
Arlabeere did never buy any part of the said shipp
of the said Middleton since the beginnin of this
suite but on the contrary the said Middleton
hath bought of the said Arlabeere since the
beginning of this suite his 16th part of the said shipp
whereof the said Arlabeere was owner as
aforesaid and theire said proctor did alsoe in
the said specification by mistake and for want of
instruction omitt to set downe the foresaid Richard
Bakeman as an owner togeather with the foresaid
dixon and Lissett of one 16th parte of the said shipp
all which errors in the foresaid specification these
Rendents doe for their partes revoke and subduct
and doe humbly desire they may be revoked
and subducted and that the said specification may
be and may be reputed and accounted to be as
in these theire answeares made, to this third article of
the allegation is exprest And they further
beleeve that since the beginning of this suite
the foresaid William Watson hath sould to
the said Thomas Middleton his foresaid
sixteenth part of the said shipp but not of the
freight in question and that the said
Edward Arlabeere hath alsoe sould to the
