Transcription

of the witnesses hereafter named pre=
sently Appeared Christopher Peterson
Master of the shipp called the hare of hamburrowe
which Appearer declared That whereas
Alexander Barron merchant at ham=
burrowe hath contracted with the said
shippmaster for to goe with the said
shippe laden from hamburrowe to the
Canary Islands to unlade and receive
there his full ladeing in wines and other
goods as the said merchant or his As=
signes should please as by the charter
party beareing date the eight and Twentieth
day of June last past appeareth And
whereas Gonsale vas de Cumesan
Assigne of the said Alexander Barron
hath not laden in the said shipp his full
ladeing as by a protest made against
him duely appeare And likewise by an
Attestation made here in London that
there wanted the quantity of one hundred
ninety Twoe Canary pipes of wine
And the said Appearer haveing before the
day of the date hereof required of Mr
Roger Kilvert of London merchant Assigne
here of the said Alexander Barron halfe
of the freight already due to the said Christopher
Peeterson for the loadeing of the said
Alexander Barron and to deliver to him
Appearer his bill of loadeing hee the
said Appearer haveing delivered to him
the said Roger Kilvert the number of
Seaven Bales of Cutcheneale and one
hundred ninety one pipes of wine
being one pipe more then is specified
in the said bill of ladeing and seaventy
sixe pipes of wine more delivered
unto Mr Antonio ffernandez Carvaiall
