Morgan that hath brought an Action against this rendent
in this Court, and that hee hath put in baile to answere
the same, And otherwise he doth not believe the said
Articles nor either of them to be true in any part thereof

To the last he answereth and believeth his former Answeres

Hardresse made to the pretensed positions of
an Allegation given against him on the behalfe of
Daniell Morgan as followeth

1.' To the first he answereth That he beleeveth the same to
be true

the time alleaged there were nineteene bundles of hemp
laden on board the said ship the John and Abigall at or
neere Quinsborough aforesaid as appeareth by the bill of
Lading under the hand of the said daniel Morgan, and also
Twelve packs of canvas to be transported from thence to this
port of London and here delivered to him the said Thursby
Harderesse or his Assigne as he believeth, the said Nineteene
