board her that this deponent knoweth of) save only such as are annexed
to the said Interrogated and now showne unto him which hee saith are and were
the same so acted had and done as therein is mentioned and conteyned unto
which hee referreth him, And further saith that there were not any papers or
writeings whatsoever (that this deponent saw or heard of) which were
throwne over board burnt or otherwise concealed att such time as the said
shipp was so taken, And further hee cannot depose.//.

To the 4th hee saith that the said shipp the Greyhound so surprised and
taken by the said Captaine [?RiskXXner] in the shipp the Restitution, was so
seised upon and taken upon the high and open Seas and not in any Port or
harbour and further he cannot depose.//

Examined upon the allegation and schedule annexed
on the behalfe of the said Coyia Petro

Merchant aged 56. yeares or thereabouts
sworne and examined deposeth.

To the first and second articles of the said Allegation and to and to
the schedule annexed hee saith and deposeth That hee this deponent
well knoweth the producent Coyia Petro who when and for all the
tyme arlate was ánd still is and ought to bee the true and
lawfull owner and Proprietor of all and singular the goods wares
ánd Marchandises mentioned and expressed in the schedule
annexed to the said Allegation, which was and is
made for the sáme, and which is signed by and with the propper
hand writeing of the arlate Michael Audric who when the said
goods were laden abord the said ship was Captaine and
Commander thereof. And for and as owner of the said respective
goods schedulated hee the said producent was and is ćomonly
accompted reputed and taken All which hee knoweth to bee true
because hee this deponent did see the said producent lade
the said goods abord the said ship the Saint Martyn att Smirna to bee
transported therein from thense to Leghorne, where she was to
discharge the same for his owne propper aććompt and did allsoe
see the said Michael Audric signe the said schedule or bills
of lading for the sáme, And after the said lading of the said
goods
