To the 23th hee saith that the two bills of Lading interrate were sent in a letter of
advise from Monsieur Pincquett to Mr Stanier as is predeposed by the usuall
Poast from Antwerpe And otherwise cannot depose:-/

Examined upon the said Allegation

Michael Van Lubkin of Hambourgh Mariner Master
of the shipp the Morning Starr aged 30. yeares
or thereabouts sworne and examined:-

To the first article of the said Allegation, Hee saith and deposeth
That the producent James Pinquett is a fflandrian by birth and by
habitation an Antwerper Merchant, and Subject of the King of Spaine
having for theise ten yeares last and upwards resided there as this deponent
hath Credibly heard and beleeveth. And otherwise cannot depose.

To the second hee saith, That Peter Jansen the yonge living at Cadiz and
David Clincker living at Sevill in Spaine are ffactors too and for the producent
but in that quality hee hath onely knowne them for this present Voyage
