Captaine Woodgreene and company against}
the Ladie Guardian aforesaid}

Examined upon the foresaid allegation

John Sandys of London merchant, aged 24 yeares
or thereabouts sworne and examined.

To the first article hee saith that hee this deponent hath seene the
Commission of Captaine Woodgreene to the effect arlate, and knoweth
that hee had the same aboard at the time of the seizure hereafter
mentioned.

To the second article hee saith and deposeth that on Good friday last past
