a losse of goods in the Hare in the feild}

Henry Briggs of the parish of Saint
Dunstans in the East London Packer
aged 35 yeeres or thereabouts sworne and
examined.

To the first, second and third Interrogatories hee saith and deposeth that
this deponent being his precontest Mr Boones Packer, was imployed
by him to goe to a warehouse at Porters key and
there to looke upon certaine goods that were taken out of the shipp the hare in
the feild and ordered to be restored, and were in the custody of the Prize
officers, to whom this deponent was to open the packs and showe them
they were the same goods that were ordered by this Court to be restored
and amongst other goods that this deponent was to looke upon and open
there were seaven small boxes or packs of goods marked and numbred as in the
