30. shipps company did get another boate and persue the sayd Viber and his
31. mate and overtooke them, and saith the sayd Viber and his mate perceiving
32. that they should bee taken did throwe overboard of their breaches
33. or packetts some of the goods by them in bechellXe some silk hoods for
34. coXXX and flamders take ˹alsoe as they afterwards confessed˺ and other things of good value some whereof
35. vigt the XXXX about a dozen hoodes being eight things swamme a while and
36. by that meanes were taken up by this deponent and others who persued
37. them, and this deponent and the rest who persued having taken the -
38. sayd Viber and his mate brought them back on board and searched
39. them and found about them some flanders take and bond strings and
40. screene sames and other commodities of goods value for woemens
41. weaving, and search the sayd the sayd Viber Cabbin found there the
42. boys out of which the same (as the sayd Viber confessed) were taken,
43. ˹tooke upon˺ and some other goods of the like quality in hope and ˹scaXteXd˺ about the
44. Cabbin and saith that for this imbezelment the sayd Viber and his mate
45. were brought by ˹this to present and others˺ the sayd shipps company before the sayd Tottey the
46. Master who did not any way presente the XXXX against the sayd Viber
47. or this Mate for any of the goods for imbezelled but only put the sayd
48. Viber by his place of Boateswaine and made him a quarter Master and kept
49. him and the sayd douerin still on board and the sayd douerin continued the whole voyage
