1. hee knoweth being purser of the Cesar and takeing a noate in writing
2. of them And further to this Interrogatorie saving his foregoeing deposition hee
3. cannot answere./
4. To the 31th Interrogatorie hee saith hee hath satisfied the contents thereof in his foregeing
5. deposition to the 21th and 22th articles of the allegation aforesayd to which he referreth
6. and further cannot answere./
7. To the 32th Interrogatorie hee saith hee sawe the steeveing of the Curranse
8. Interrogate, and delivered had the keepeing under lock off and key of all the nayles
9. used about the Caske wherein the sayd Currents were steeved and delivered out the
10. nayles used about the sayd Caske which nayles hee receaved from marto aforesayd
11. a servant of the sayd Counsell ffowke, And hee saith there was one of the Company
12. of the Elizabeth and Anne by name Aron Estes aboard the Cesar at the steeveing
13. the sayd Curranse who and marked divers of them with the marke in the margent
14. And saith the Interrogate ffudge did know of the sayd Estes comming in
15. the Cesar from Nathalagoes to Petras, but whose marke the marke in the
16. margent is ˹or which were marked there with˺ hee knoweth not And further saving his foregoeing deposition
17. hee cannot answere./
18. To the 33th hee saith hee never delt dealt in Coffe nor pepper, but saith
19. that by enquirie of some in Petras hee was informed that Coffie was
20. there worth a dollar a pound, and pepper halfe a dollar a pounds, at which
21. rate this deponent knoweth the Coffie and pepper predeposed of would amounte
22. unto a farr greater summe then what hee hath in this foregoeing deposition
23. valued it at And further hee cannot answere./
24. To the 34th Interrogatorie hee saith hee cannot answere./
25. To the 35th interrogatorie hee saith hee was not present nor heard the Interrogate
26. Harbie give any such order to the Interrate ffudge as is Interrogate and further
27. saving this foregoeing deposition to the 36th acts which hee affirmeth for truly
28. hee cannot further answere to this Interrogatorie
29. To the 36th interrogatorie hee saith saving his deposition to the 37th acts of the
30. allegation aforesayd hee cannot further answere to this Interrogatorie/
31. To the 37th Interrogatorie hee saith hee knoweth Jacob Salter Interrogate
32. and saith hee was boatswaine of the Cesar Interrogate, and having perused the
33. schedule Interrogate, and being acquainted with the sayd Salters hand writing
34. (although hee sawe not the same written) yet hee verily beleeveth the sayd
35. schedule is all the handwriting of the sayd Salter, And further to this
36. Interrogatorie hee cannot answere being not able to judge of the question
37. or case interrogate./
38. To the 38th Interrogatorie and the schedule therein mentioned hee saith the
39. sayd schedule was and is signed by the interrogate Aron Estes Jacob Salter and
