of the sayd wines were marked with the first marke
in the margent and the other sixe with the second
marke, and that when the sayd shipp did arrive
at the Barbadoes with the sayd wines, the
Jones the Master did there deliver unto the factors of the

wines, and did of this deponents certaine knowledge
