2. when the sayd lighter was soe carried awaye is two hundred sixty
3. three foote distant from the sayd Mrs Ewens her wharfe, and nyntie
4. three foote further into the Thames then the Channell
5. digged or made by the sayd Mrs Ewens and her husbands men, And
6. this deponent did never observe or knowe that the sayd Pryor or his
7. servants did at any tyme worke upon the sayd shelfe within
8. the places where the sayd Ewens ˹or her husbands˺ his servants did
9. worke or soe neere the sayd Ewens his wharfe and as the sayd
10. Ewens Channell by his servants digged lyeth, And further to this

12. To the 5th article hee saith hee hath observed that the arlate Mater
13. Ewens did cause his servants to heave great quantities of the ballast
14. by them digged on the sayd shelfe or banke, upon his the sayd Ewens
