4. To the 7th hee saith hee referreth him selfe to the Registry of the court for
5. probate of wills and graunting Administrations. And further cannot depose
6. To the 8th hee referreth him selfe to the Registry of this Court and further

10. To the first Interrogatorie hee saith hee expecteth to receave
11. his wages after the rate of thirty foower shillings a moneth of the Executrix

13. the Owners hyring this deponent) or else of the Owners, which of them hath
14. most right to pay the same and for the rest of the Interrogatorie hee hath satisfied the

30. To the last videlicet the 3d hee saith hee did not desert the sayd shipp nor soe much
