To the 12th hee referreth himselfe to his foregoeing deposition and further

Examined on the said Allegation./.

Mathias Datselare of London Merchant aged
41 yeeres or thereabouts sworne and Examined

To the 14th article of the said Allegation (upon which alone hee is by direction
of the Producents Proctor Examined) hee saith and deposeth that he
well knoweth the arlate John Schauternel, and soe hath
done for theise thirty yeeres last, during all which space hee the
said Schauternel hath lived in Holland, here in London
and hath lived at Amsterdam in Holland with his wife and
ffamily for theise thirteene or foureteene yeeres last or thereabouts
and there hee lived before hee came to live here in London
And hee the said John Schauternel is a subiect of the States
of the United Netherlands, And was as this Deponent verily beleeveth
borne at Amsterdam, And there the said John Schauternels
ffather lived severall yeeres, and saith the said John
Chanternel hath for a[?att] most part of the time that hee went
from this City with his wife to Amsterdam, (which was about 13
or 14 yeeres since as aforesaid) Corresponded with him this
deponent and about three weekes since this deponent receaved a letter from him
And further cannot depose/

To the first hee saith hee was not one of the Company of the Interrate
ship Hope, and saith hee this deponent was borne at Guzkom in Holland
and hath lived for the time Interrate in or about London and is here
Married, and to the rest negatively./.

To the 2d hee hath not soe deposed

To the 3d hee cannot Answer:/

To the 4th 5th 6th 7th and 8th hee hath not soe deposed:

To the 9th hee saith hee hath knowne the Interrate Page for theise tenne
yeeres last or thereabouts, and the Interrate Gowen Painter and Andrew
Dunkin for about two yeeres last and the Interrate ffernandez for
about 14 yeeres last, and sawe them all lately in this City and saith
hee thinketh hee doth not knowe the Interrate Robles, or Tilly: and
hath knowne the said Schauternel for the time aforesaid, and sawe
him last at Amsterdam about Eight yeeres since; further cannot
answer./

To the 10th hee saith hee hath heard that the said Gowen
Painter hath lived in the Canaryes; and hath likewise heard that the
said Andrew Dunkin hath lived in Spaine. and further cannot Answer
