  • Replace 'This is the footnote text' with the footnote you wish to add, using the format: first name, surname, title, (place of publication, date of publication), page or folio number
  • Save the page

46 aut eo circiter dicit et deponit prout sequitur videlicet/

Ad drum Allegacione deponit et dicit that hee this deponent hath used the seas
for about two and thirty yeares last and hath for about sixteene yeeres last bun
a master and Commander of shipps and that having now read over the
booke of accompts exhibited in this ccause hee saith that the sayd accompts are
made and drawne up in the same manner and method that this deponent and other
masters of shipps do usually make and drawe up the Accounts of their disbursements
in their voyages and the same disbursements or thereabouts set downe in the said SAccounts this deponent
and other masters of ships have and do use to make in voyages to the Parazill and
allsoe to other parts and this hee saith is publique and notorious and amongst
