Transcription

the Judges at the petition of the said Suckley did decree the said
dines hopkins and company to be monished to appeare in this
place upon Munday next in the afternoone to contribute their
proportionable partes of the charges of setting the said shipp to sea
or else to shew cause why shee should not be repaired and set to
Sea at the proper charges of the said Belford and company with
intimation et cetera./.

upon munday in the afternoone in the presence of Smith
dissentinge et cetera

presence of the said Suckley alleadging that he is not
proctor in this cause for the said Withers having beene

before doctor Clerke and doctor Godolphin
Judges et cetera in doctor Clerks chamber et cetera in
the presence of Samuel howe Notary publique
Appeared the said Allen for the said
Thomas Richardson and company and made
himselfe party for them and alleadged that the
said shipp doth belong unto them and produced for
sureties Nicholas huntly of the parish of Saint Olaves
in the Burrough of Southwarke merchant and Edward
Brescoe of the parish of Allhallowes Lumbard street London
Grocer who submitting themselves et cetera obliged
themselves et cetera for the said Thomas Richardson and company in
the summe of 2200 li of lawfull money of England to the said
Thomas Wilkinson to answeare the action commenced by the said
Wilkinson against the said shipp and against the said Richardson and to pay
what the said Richardson and company shalbe condemned in with
expences of suite in case the said Richardson and company shalbe overthrowne
and to bringe forth the said Richardson and company in Judgement
whensoever their presence shalbe required and the said huntly obliged
himselfe in the same summe to save the said Brescsoe harmeles And unles et cetera
which caution the Judges receaved./.

Commons in the presence of Samuel howe
notary publique Appeared the said Clements
and produced for a surety david Robins of the
precinct of Saint Katherines neere the Towers of
London Cooper who submitting himselfe et cetera
obliged himselfe et cetera for the said Mgdalen Curtis in the
sume of 20 li of lawfull money of England to the Lord
Protector et cetera to bring into the Registry of this Court the summe
of 9 li and 10 s confessed by the said Cocquaine in his answeares to be
due for the wage of the said Michael Clemicke whensoever this Court
shall soe order and to save this Court harmeles touching the same
And unles et cetera./
