Richard Thomson against one halfe parte of}
the shipp the Love of London belonginge}
to John Salmonson and against the said}
Salmonson and all others et cetera Baker}

Which day upon [?preconhation] beinge
made for all in this behalfe cited and
noe body appearing the Judges at the
petition of the said Baker accusinge
their contumacy pronounced them
Contumacious and in paine et cetera to have fallen
into the second default and continued the certificate
in the same that now it is untill the sixteenth
day of this month./.

Smith Suckley}

Which day the said Smith alleadged that it is not fully
answeared by the said witnesses to the positions and
articles of the allegation given in and admitted againt him on the
behalfe of the said Salmon referring himselfe et cetera in the presence
of the said Suckley alleadging that it is fully answeared to the
same referring himselfe et cetera Whereupon the Judges assigned to hear
the order of the Court upon the fuller answeares of the said Withers
in the afternoone Which afternoone the Judges upon reading
the answeares of the said Withers it appearing that the same are
defective did monish him to make a fuller answeare to the said allegation
before Satterday next or to appeare upon Satterday morninge to
sea himselfe declared pro confesso./.
