Which day Mr Gold gave in his answeares to the libell
given against him on the behalfe of the said hill
hallott and others which he acknowledged to be true in
the presence of the said Smith alleadging that it is not
answeared to the articles of the libell (except to the first)
referring himselfe et cetera and desired a fuller answeare to the same
in the presence of ffrancklin dissentinge et cetera and alleadged that it is
fully answeared referring et cetera whereupon the Judges assigned to
heare the'order of the Court upon the petition of the said Smith upon
Thurdsday next.

Which day the said White produced for
sureties John hill of Magnes parish
London fishmonger and William Greene
of Saint dunstons in the East London merchant
who submittinge themselves et cetera obliged
themselves et cetera for the said William White
to answeare the action commenced by the said
Crandley Bayly and company against the said shippe
the Mayflower and alsoe against the said White and to
pay what the said White shalbe condemned in with
expences of suite in case he shalbe overthrowne and to
bring forth the said White in Judgement whensoever his
presence shalbe required And the said White obliged himselfe
et cetera in the same summe and to the same effect and to save his
said dureties harmeles And unes et ctera which caution the Judges
receaved and decreed the said shipp and White to be released from
the arrest./.

dyninge chamber et cetera in the presence of

the said Budd for the said Nicholas
Terricke and company and made himselfe
party for them and alleadged that eleaven sixteene partes of the said
shipp did att the time of the arrest in
this behalfe made and still doe properly
belonge and appertayne unto the said Terricke
and company and produced for sureties hugh
Wood of the said parish of Saint Alban Woodstreet
London merchant and henry Spurstowe of the
parish of Saint hellens London merchant and George
Smith of Saint Bartholomews Exchange merchant whoe all
of them submitting themselves et cetera obliged themselves et cetera for
the said Nicholas Terricke and company in the summe of 300 li
of lawfull money of England to the said George Margetts
to answeare the action commened by him against the said 11.16
parts of the said shipp soe farre as the same are lyable by
lawe and to pay what the said Terricke and company
shalbe condemned in with expences of suite in case he shalbe
overthrowne and to bring forth the said parties in Judgement
whensoever their presence shalbe required And unles et cetera which
caution the Judges receaved and decreed the said parts to be released
from the arrest./.
