Transcription there dwelling was informed that the said there dwelling was informed that the said vessell with<br /> the said tobaccoes in case she had not bin staied and detained at<br /> Portsmouth as she was after the said tobaccoes were on bord her might<br /> well have bin at London (and soe in all probability should) long before<br /> the said damage hapned aswell as other shipps and in that tyme<br /> went from Cowes in the Ile of wight and arrived safely at London<br /> And further cannot depose. To the 10th and 11th articles of the said Allegation hee cannot depose. ****************** The same day. [CENTRE HEADING] Examined upon the Allegation given in the second place.
