Transcription Adventure of the said Antonio Rodrigues RoAdventure of the said Antonio Rodrigues Robbles. And the<br /> other bill of Lading in the Dutch Language bearing date<br /> the six day of Aprill 1658: in which the said goods are mentioned<br /> to be for the account and risco of S:r Pieter Lois Van Lostach<br /> of Amsterdam Merchant which said Dutch bill was made meerely<br /> Colouable, and the better to save the said Goofs from Confisc=<br /> =tion in case the said ship should be taken by Spaniards.<br /> and saith the said Lostach doth live at Amsterdam as this<br /> hath bin informed and further deposeth not. To the 19th (having perused the 2 bills of Lading to the said Allegation annexed<br /> hee saith and deposeth that the same were and are<br /> the bills of Lading which were signed by the said Benniwysent<br /> for the said Robles his goods which were sent hence to the Canaries and saith ?they were soe signed by<br /> the said Peter Bennewysent in this deponents Dwelling house situate<br /> in ffanchurchstreet London in this deponents presence on or neere about the dayes of the<br /> dates thereof. And further deposeth not./.
