To the thirteenth and fourteenth he cannot depose.
To the fifteenth and sixteenth he cannot depose.
To the seventeenth he saith that the sayd Purser of the Sampson firmed
two other bills of lading of the [?] of the bill to the [allegation?] [?]
and the sayd bills were delivered to the sayd Lewis ffernandez Angell.
And further he cannot depose.

ffernandez brought the bill of lading interrogat in his own Custody

this deponent after their Arrivall att London. And otherwise he cannot
depose.
To the twentyeth he saith that the [Interrate?] Lewis ffernandez came in the
Sampson from Cadiz arlate and was aboard att the [?], this deponent
sailing along with the Sampson in the Salvadore as he hath [predeposed?].
And further he cannot depose.
To the one and twentyeth he saith that the sayd Lewis ffernandez aboard
the sayd ship Sampson [receyved?] three bills of lading all of one [tener?] [&?]
from the the sayd Pedro de Campo Purser of the shipp. And this deponent knoweth
not that any of them were delivered back to [the?] Interrate Otto Georg or
the Purser aforesaid. And otherwise he cannot depose.
To the two and twentyeth he saith that the sylver [interrate?] was brought
and came into the Bay of Caddiz [&?] in one of the shipps of the Spanish
West India fleet. And further to this Interrogatory he cannot depose.
To the three and twentyeth he saith that the Sylver [interrate?] was laden
aboard the Sampson interrate about the latter end of July 1652 as he
hath [predeposed?]. And otherwise he cannot depose.
To the four and twentyeth he deposeth and saith that he this [London?] never
saw in England any bill of lading of the Sylver [interrate?] this bill now showne him
at his examination only [excepted?], which he beleiveth was [?] unto the
[Court?] by the [produrent?], and was not delivered back to the sayd Otto
Georg or his Purser. And otherwise he cannot depose.
