To the second hee saith that in or about the beginning

of Coles. and came to an Anchor a little belowe
or against Wapping dock, and there moored in
a very good and Convenient birth, where ships doe
usually ryde at Anchor, and there rid in safety
one floud and two Ebbs, during which time there
was noe appearance of any Anchor or buoy neere
unto the place where the said ship was moored
The premises hee deposeth for that hee this
Deponent belonged the said time to the James of
London which then came up the River the Tide before
the Warewell came up, and moored a little above
the Warewell, and this Deponent did see the said
ship the Warewell, take up her birth in the foresaid
place, and tooke notice of her said mooring and ryding
as aforesaid: And further cannot depose.
