The personall answers of
Edward Bellamy and Samuel
Cooper Executors of the last will
and testmanent of William
Adis deceased made to the positions
of an allegation given on the
behalfe of Thomas Clarke the
last Session Of Trinity terme 165[?2]
containing 6 articles doe followe.
To the first pretended position they
answere and beleeve that the time
arlate there were divers other parcells
of herrings besides the Herrings in
question laden on board the shippe the
Leopard arlate for the accompte of severall
men some parts whereof these deponents
beleeve were to bee carried to Naples
and there as they have heard and beleeve
