Exámined upon the foresaid allegation.

Henry Blackborow of Wapping Marchant
aged 33 yeeres or thereabouts, sworne and exámined.

To the third árticle of the said allegation (upon which alone hee is
by direction of the producent exámined) hee saith and
deposeth That the arlate Edward Lander (sometime before the
arival of the Justice arlate) retourning to this citie from Berghen GUTTER
in Norway, told and having occasion shortly after to goe to Bristol, told
this deponent that hee had freighted two shipps at Berghen
(whereof hee said the said shipp Justice was one) to bring goods
thense for him the said shipp the Justice at Berghen to bring
goods thense hether, and did expect ˹her˺ her arivall, and desired
this deponent upon her arivall, to send him downe word to

that mr Southwood had received the goods or most part thereof
before the said Landers comming up, and for his part had XXXX GUTTER
not meddle with them, for hee was but a factor in the said
