To the third and fourth had saith and deposeth, That the producent
James Pinquett in the respective moneths arlate was and at present is
the tried and lawful Owner and Proprietor of the silver and moneys arlate
[?] of fourteene small peeces[?] of silver marked [?] the first
marked in the margent, And of two baggs of money, containing tath[?]
five hundred patarons or peeces of silver and baggs of moneys were laden
and putt on board of shipp the Morning Starr arlate whereof[?] this
deponent[?] was and is Master at Ladiz in Spain by the aforesaid
Mister[?] Janson de Yonge and David [?] for the apropox[?] attempt[?]
of the said James Pinquett, to be transpoorted in the said shipp [?]
