The 14h of October 1653.
[Chaston] and company against the greate Christofer}
aforesaid and goods in the same.}
Examined upon the foresaid allegation
Francis Kelmey of Horsey downe
sailer aged 21 yeares or thereabouts
sworne and examined.
To the first, second and third articles of the said allegation hee saith and deposeth
that immediately after Captaine [?SwXXXX] had taken and surprized the
shipp the greate Christofer and her lading..
