Examined upon the sayd Allegation

Nicholas Blaake of Galloway in Ireland merchant
aged seven and thirty yeares or thereabouts a witnes
sworne and examined deposeth and saith as followeth
videlcet.
To the first Article of the sayd Allegation This deponent saith and
deposeth that he hath well knowne the arlate Dominick Marten
for theis twenty yeares last past being his neighbour and Acquaintance
in Galloway, and saith that for all the sayd tyme he the sayd Dominick
Marten. hath bene and att the present is an Inhabitant and merchant
of Galloway in Ireland, and there hath had and hath his howse and familly
and hath bene and is a subiect of this Commonwealth and is well affacted
