Rotterdam nunicipal archives
Rotterdam had (and probably still has, though again it’s been a while since I looked) a detailed and complete online catalogue of their notarial acts up to c.1650, and were/are in the process of pushing the coverage later. I believe you had/have to pay for a scan of the original, but the catalogue entries were themselves pretty complete, so in freight contracts, for example, would probably mention the route(s). It should be fairly easy to identify relevant acts, in other words.
