otherwise for his parte hee doeth not
beleive the same to bee true in
any parte

To the last position hee answereth
and beleeveth as hee hath former
ly answered and beleeved and
otherwise negatively/

made to the pretensed positions
and Articles of a certaine pre
tensed Allegation given and admitted
against them on the behalfe
of Richard Batson and others
as followeth

To the first pretensed position they answer
and beleeve and either of them answe=
reth and beleeveth that these rendents
were hired by henry Atkinson Master of
the arlate shipp the Royall merchant
for a voyadge from Bristoll to Ginney
and from thence to the Barbadoes and
from the Barbadoes home for London
or some other [?porte] in England and
there to bee discharged from the foresaid
shippe and service And otherwise
they doe not beleeve the said position
to bee true in any parte thereof/
