[?stored] from one side of the shipp to the other, in regard two of the
shipps cables were stowed betwixt the decks, one on one side and
the other on the other side of the said shipp, which cables hee saith were [?XXXX]
than the said ffish. alr nescit.

Ad 12 deponit that there was not any fitt timber or board the [?said]
shipp tp shoare or under [?XXX] her decks withall, alr nescit.

Ad 13 deponit that in case the said shipp the Jonas the voyage in question
had bin a stronge and sufficient shippp, shee might and
would have carried as much more weight betwixt her decks as
shee did, and never have broken or crackt any of her neames
alr. nescit.

Ad 14 deponit that the [?foreyik] of the said shipp the voyage in question
from Saint Lucar, was of this deponents knowledge stowed as
full with wines, oranges, lemmons and raisins as the same
could possibly hold, which goods hee saith were sufficiently and
well stowed. Et alre nescit.

Ad 15 deponit that of his knowledge the said ilot the voyage in question
did not wast, or consume any of the tackle furniture apparell, or
provisions of the said shipp or any of her powder needlessly or
without greate occasion, nor more than is usually spent in such
a shipp in the like voyage. alr nescit.

Ad 16 deponit that duringe the said voyage the said shipp the
Jonas was soe leakie and insufficient that he company in
rainie or fowle weather could not have any drie place
to lodge or shift themselves in, and in case the said shipps
lading homewards bound had bin drie goods, the same would
have bin much spoyled and damnified with salt water
that shee received by her decks
through her weakenes, and giving way. in [?somemuch]
as when shee hath laboured in fowle weather, this deponent
hath severall times the said voyage put his knife wuite
through between her timber and her plancks. alr nescit.
