To the second Interrogatroie hee answareth negatively./

To the third hee answareth negatively and otherwise referring him
=selfe to his [?foresaid] deposition he cannot depose

To the fourth he saith hee was by and present when the said Captaine
Ashley [?refused] that hee had taken the said producents shipp and when
he promised to give him a meeting about the same as before he hath deposed
being about 4 monethes since in the high way or streete before
the gate of the dwelling house of the said Ashley in [?Hackney XXk], there being present his said
precontest, And otherwise hee referring himself to his for[?said] depositions he saith
he cannot depose

To the first Interrogatorie hee saith that hee never (to his knowledge)
saw the said Captaine Ashley before such time as hee went with the
producent, to his house, as before he hath deposed And saith that hee wisheth
the victory in this cause to him that hath most right, And otherwise negatively

To the second hee answareth negatively, and otherwise then as hee hath
deposed hee saith he knoweth not./

To the third hee answarth negatively./

To the 4th hee saith hee was present when the said Captaine Ashley
did confesse that hee did take the producents shipp and when hee made a [?promise]
to meete him about the same, which was about 4 monthes since, before the
doore of the house of the said Ashley, there being also present att the same
time his contest Thomas White, All which was spoaken promised, and uttered
in the words which hee hath deposed to which hee referreth himself and further
hee cannot depose./
