To the first article of the said Allegation hee saith and deposeth
That hee this deponent well knoweth the arlate Beniamin
Bonnell and Richard Clarke And saith that ˹with˺ in and for
all the tyme allegate they the said Bonnell Clarke and
Company were and still are and ought to bee the true and
lawfull Owners and Proprietors of the shippe the Stockholme
arlate and of her tackle apparell and furniture and for such
were and are comonly accompted reputed and taken. And
they the said Bonnell and Clarke were and are Subiects of the
Queene of Swedland and Inhabitants and Burgo masters of
and in the towne of Stockholme where they have lived ever
