Against the Salvador aforesaid}

John de [?Candle] of Saint Lucars in
Soaine Merchant aged 22 yeares or
thereabouts. sworne and examined.

To the first Interrogatorie hee saith and deposeth that hee was only a
passenger in the said shipp the Salvador and came first aboard her at
Cadize, and that seaven butts of wine aboard her marked CL and two
barrells of [?lemmons] unmarked were and are belonging to this deponent
and were laden by his order at Cadiz for his owne accompt and hee went alonge
in the shipp passenger to sell the said wine at Ostend whither it was
consigned, but touching the rest of her lading or to whom the samw or
