To the 3d he saith That William Crombeen brother of the sayd producent did
buy the said 51 pataccoes of Tobaccoe att a faire at [?Gibbe taur] near [Marracha]
in the West Indies of severall persons there, And afterwards came with them to Cadiz
in the Company of this deponent and consigned them to the producent according to
the said Bill of lading to which he referreth himself And otherwise hee
cannot depose.

To the 5th he saith That he did see the said 61 potaccoes of tobaccoe before
they were laden aboard the Salvadore as aforesaid in the Custodie of the Interrogated
William Crombeen in his house in Marracha, and saith he came along with them to
Cadiz and had the same under his care and Charge in the shipp Nostra Signora da
Rosario as aforesaid untill they were so laden aboard the Salvadore as aforesaid
And further he cannot depose./
