Diego de La Cruze of Cadiz in Spaine aged
about 30 yeares Steersman of the ship the
Kint a witnes sworne and Examined deposeth and
saith as followeth./

To the first article of the said allegation hee deposeth and
saith that in or about the monethes of March Aprill and
