To the third article of the sayd llegation This deponent saitha nd deposeth that
about the beginning of the mneth of October 1652 the arlate Paulus
Cobrisse did for his owne use and Accompt by his factors and Agenta att
Cadiz lade aboard the sayd shipp the Salvador whereof Christian Cloppenbergh
arlate waas and is master all and singular the plate sylver and moneyes
abovepcifyed and in the sayd bills of lading mentioned, to be carryed and
transported from Cadiz to Ostend iin fflanders and there to be delivered to
the sayd Paul[?y] Cobrisse or his Assignes for his use and Accompt, all which

videlicet Pedro Calvo and Pedro Navarro Inhabitants of Cadiz putt the
passe off therewith toward the sayd shipp Salvador riding att an anchor in
