Transcription

To the third he saith he was not present att the lading of the sayd sylver.

To the 4th. he saith the sayd ffonseca Pyna is a Spaniard and for ten yeares
and upwards hath lived in the streete of the [?Allkada] in Madrid with his family
and the sayd Pomeliz is by report a Spaniard borne of fflemmish
parents, having lived in Cadiz 10 yeares and upwards with his family
and his howse is in or neere Los espaldas da las Comadas.

and otherwise negatively.
