Merchant aged 25 yeares or thereabouts swear[ed]

To the first second and third articles of the said Allegation hee saith, and
deposeth, That in or about the moneths of March or Aprill last past
the producent Edward Peters a Merchant and Inhabitant of Antwerp
and a Subject of the King of Spaine by one Gerard Ryper his ffactor
and Correspondent residing at Cadiz in Spaine did cause to be laden
for his owne accompt and adventure aboard the shipp the White
Angell (John Lewison de Vischer Master) then being at or neare Cadiz
aforesaid, two baggs of moneyes of the marke in the margent each of
