Transcription

at the tyme of [?] was and att present is the true and Lawful Owner and
proprieter of the sayd sylver moneys and goods [?] this deponent having
[?] from all in the [?] of the sayd producent and his ffailor[?]
excpecting[?] as aforesayd, and knowing that they were and are the [?] of
Linnen[?] and often peice[?] goods of [?[ and in [?] the sayd Michael Perry [?]
in Spaine for his owne attepmpt[?]. And further saith that he saw the producent
lade the sayd Peru moneys aboard the ""Sampson"", and barrs of sylver and Mexico

Cadize transported in the sayd shipps [?] to [?] while[?] on[?] the sayd

To the second, third fourth fifth and sixth [?] of the sayd allegation this
deponent saith and deposede that after the aforesayd sylver plates and moneys

Huckfelt or del[?] campo[?] firme [?] bills of lading of one [?] for the sayd two
baggs of Peru money in his lodging in Cadize about the latter end of September
of beginning of October last past. And also about the same tyme saw[?] the arlate
Christian Cloppenbergh master of the Salvador in his lodging in Cadiz signd three bills of lading of
and here[?] for the barr of sylver aforesayd and three bills of lading of [?]
[?] for the Mexico moneys aforesayd, one of which sayd bills of lading

Sampson, one for the barr of plate and one for the mexico moneys aboard the shipp
saith that the three bills [?] for the allegation and now showne him[?] being for the
this deponent saw[?] firmed as aforesayd, and the same[?] was as this deponent
[?] brought to the bills by the sayd producent coming a [?]
the sayd shipp Salvador. And he further saith that he knowing[?] that the arlate
Nicholas Grant[?] mentioned in the bill of lading for the moneys aboard the Sampson

and a correspondent of the producent in the way of trade to take and [?]
goods of him[?]. And moreover saith that whereas in the respective bills of
lading entry is made therein that the sayd sylver plate and moneys and for the
