for his goods laden aboard the}
Orange Tree et cetera}

Upon the allegation given in and
admitted on Pereras behalfe./

Augustine Corronell of Tower streete London
Merchant, where he hath dwelt about two
yeares last past, aged about 28 yeares
a wittnes produced and sworne and being
examined hhe deposeth and saith as followeth
videlicet/

To the first second and third articles of the said
allegation he deposeth and saith That he the deponent
hath by the way of commerce or merchandizing knowne the
arlate Joseph Perera for about two yeares last past
And he deposeth that in or about March last he the
deponent received a letter from the sayd Joseph Perera
advising him that Antonio Rodriguea de Morais his
the sayd Perera's ffactor in ffrance had freighted
a shipp to goe from thence to Portugall, and there to
lade oyles and other goods and to returne to ffrance with the sayd oyles
and other goods wither to haver de Grace or Roane for
his the said Pereras Accompt, and that the sayd
oyles being (as the sayd Letter mentioned) sixty pipes
and some Sumacke were already laden aboard the
shipp for his Accompt at Porta Port in Portugall And further he cannot
depose Saving that it is very evident unto him the deponent
that the sayd Perera was and ought to be the Lawfull
Owner of and Proprietor of the goods aforementioned,/
