Gottenburgh for severall yeares last, and hath seene and perused severall
letters sent by the said Gabriel Jansen to the Residents of Sweden here at

hath at Gottenburgh aforesaid seene and observed that the bookes of

premisses, and of the said schedule or Extract out of the said bookes of
Entries of the Customes of Gottenburgh, and that the Contents thereof were

To the second article of the said Alleagtion, and to the second and third schedules
therein mentioned and thereunto annexed, and now seene and perused
by this examinate hee saith and deposeth, That hee well knoweth the arlate
Martin Thison Ankerholme, President Norrens and the rest of the
Owners of the said shipp Charity and of her lading in Controversie, all
Citizens of Gottenburgh and inhabitants there or neere thereunto, and
all Subjects of the king of Sweden, And to the first of the schedules
mentioned in the said article as an Extract out of the Protocoll of Gottenburgh,
hee saith hee is in Conscience fully assured, That the Contents thereof were
and are true and reall, and that the same was and is sealed with the
Seale of the said Citie of Gottenburgh, and subscribed with the handwriting of
