  • Replace 'This is the footnote text' with the footnote you wish to add, using the format: first name, surname, title, (place of publication, date of publication), page or folio number
  • Save the page

Transcription

To the Interrogatories. [CENTRE HEADING]

To the first hee saith hee was bourne and hath dwelt all his time
in [?Purmarell] neere Amstedam, And that hee hath belonged to the said
shipp 13 monethes, and otherwise negatively saving as aforesaid.

To the second hee saith hee never knew the said ffrancisco before such his
lading the said goods and imbarking himselfe as aforesaid, Amd otherwise
hee cannot depose saving as aforesaid.

To the third hee cannot answer, saving this deponent was not
present at the hyring nor sawe any moneys paid for the said goods.

To the forth hee saith the said ffrancisco sent and did not come himselfe
aboard with his said goods, but afterwards imbarqued himselfe, nor
did this deponent ever see them in his warehouse or custodie ashore
And otherwise hee cannot answer saving as aforesaid.

To the 5th hee referreth himselfe to his foregoeing deposition and
cannot otherwise depose.

To the 6th negatively.

To the 7th hee cannot depose.
