3. the cause on behalfe of the producent being required soe to doe by the foresayd
4. Captaine Bowden and hath receaved nothing for his paines nor is concerned

22. hee saith hee hath knowne the arlate Trenchpaine for X about these
23. fowerteene yeares last past ˹and˺ hath receaved divers letters letters from
24. him and had correspondence with him in way of merchandizing and
25. thereby is well acquainted with his hand writeing, and having
26. perused the schedule in the sayd article mentioned hee saith by virtue
27. of his oath that hee is persuaded in his conscience and verily beleeveth
28. the same is all of it the sayd Trenchpaines owne hand writng And

36. by one Mr Thomas Papillion a merchant on behalfe of the producent

38. is concerned in the linnens in question And otherwise negatively

42. To the 5th hee saith hee hath heard that after the ladeing of the
43. goods in question on board the Morlaix Merchant the Interrogate
