1. To the 11th hee saith hee hath knowne the Interrogate Lopez for aboue sixe
2. moneths last past ˹but˺ knoweth not the Interrogate Antonio de Ponto nor
3. Ignatius de Landihola nor ever sawe them that hee knoweth of./
4. To the 12th Interrogatorie hee saith hee was not present nor sawe any
5. letters deliuered to the Interrogate ffernandez but heard Lopez had TO DO: sXXX
6. ˹of the sayd Lopez˺ saye that hee carried letters to the sayd ffernandez from the sayd Lopez ˹this XXXXX˺
7. after the arrivall of the shipp Irish Merchant in the downes and saith hee
8. did not open or peruse any of them before the deliuery of them to the sayd
9. ffernandez nor knoweth how many they were in number nor in what
10. language they were nor ˹what˺ were their dates And further cannot answere/
11. To the 13th Interrogatorie hee saith hee was not present at the findeing the
12. papers Interrogate And further to this Interrogatorie hee cannot answere/

18. And further saving his foregoeing deposition hee cannot answere/

23. To the 18th hee saith hee expecteth not nor is to haue any share of
24. the goodes Interrogate if they prove prize and to the rest of the
25. Interrogatorie hee answereth negatiuely./
26. To the 19th hee saith hee desyreth right may prevaile in this TO DO: cause
27. and to the rest of the Interrogatorie answereth negatiuely

31. To the 23th hee saith hee hath bin for these three or fower yeares TO DO: last
32. past a practitioner in phisick and Chirurgery and for the rest of the TO DO: tyme
33. Interrogate was a Souldier and within the tyme Interrogate hath TO DO: lived in
34. seuerall places as a travailer somtymes in England somtymes in
35. holland sometymes in fflanders and other parts beyond the seas, and TO DO: was
36. not nor is taxed towards support of the Commonwealth or Army
37. hee being noe housekeeper And further hee cannot answere/
