22. harbie demand the same and tender the noate aforesayd aboard the Cesar
23. in the Roade of Argustoll aforesayd And further to these articles hee

25. To the 12th article of the sayd allegation hee saith that hee well knoweth the second
26. schedule to the allegation annexed and mentioned in this article to be ˹all˺ the proper hand
27. writing of the arlate harbie and by him signed with his owne hand writing and to
28. bee the originall contract made betweene him this deponent and the sayd harbie in
29. the roade of Nathalico arlate, for that hee this deponent sawe him write ... and signe
30. the same and hath had the continuall possession thereof from the tyme it was soe signed
31. untill such tyme as it was delivered into this Court to be annexed to this allegation
